Philippe’s corporate experience spans almost 30 years across three major blue chip companies (Mars, Pfizer and Coty), leading procurement teams in fast paced, multi cultural environments. He has a track record in delivering procurement transformation and high-profile projects in a context of intense change, uncertainty and volatility, with experience in different procurement operating models, from local to global organizations.

Prior to setting himself as a freelance consultant, Philippe was leading the procurement transformation at Coty for 6+ years as their Chief Procurement Officer. He is recognized for developing highly performing, engaged and scalable organizations, with strong talents, and achieving best in class performance, notably in Net Working Capital optimization.
