Graduated from ESCP in 2000, Valérie started her career at Ernst & Young, in Valuation pratice.
In 2006, she joined the Bel group as Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions. She was then promoted Head of Development and Strategy, Marketing Efficiency Director, Organization Director and finally HR Director for Bel Headquarter.
In 2019, Valérie created with Bénédicte Hand in Hand Partners.
In 2023, Hand in Hand Partners entered within Value Games’ capital, to help support strategic plan construction and execution.
