François Demongeot, graduated from two of the top ten French ‘Grandes Ecoles’ has developed over 25 years as IT Consultant and CIO, a world-class experience is engaging multinational IT organisations behind business goals, defining IT strategies for major European and global business in the Consumer goods industry.

His experiences demonstrate his ability to deliver business changes supported by technology in collaboration with business units’ management in the areas of IT game plans definition, IT cost benchmarking, offshoring and outsourcing implementations.

His focus on people has always been instrumental to deliver changes in difficult environment, maintaining employees’ motivation at the highest level and contributing to ‘Great place to work’ environments.

He created in 2014 Personel IT(é), and in partnership with local or global players, developed an offering with a high content on IT innovation to clients like ABB, Naos, L’Oréal or Mars. Member of the advisory board of global softwarecompany (IVY Mobility) he is also very involved in the development of technology start-up, as advisor, investor or mentor.

In 2019, he participated to the creation “Value Games”, convinced that serious game is a real accelerator in transformation of IT organisations when speed of delivery and active collaboration methods become absolute ‘must-have’.
